Partner with Muskogee Regional for full-time R.N. positions

If you are interested in the financial benefits that contract nursing provides - take a temporary work assignment with MRMC. You don't have to travel or leave home to receive the benefits of Agency Nursing. Eligibility - Minimum 18 months full-time acute care experience. (Current full-time employees not eligible.) 12-24 week contracts (including every other week-end) available.

RN Sign-On Bonus
Muskogee Regional Medical Center
$1000 for RNs with less than 2 years experience in an acute care setting.
$1500 for RNs with 2 years experience or more.
Payments are taxable compensation.
Employees failing to fulfill a year working commitment are required to reimburse MRMC within 3 months of their termination.

Eligibility
All RN positions for Full-Time or Part-Time (48 hours or more) are bonus eligible.
Former employees (within the past twenty-four (24) months) are not eligible.
Applicants hired as PTNB are not eligible for the bonus.
Students or employees receiving scholarsips are not eligible.
Employees of MRMC selected for RN vacancies are not eligible.
Prior recipients of the sign-on bonus are not eligible.

Employee Referral Bonus Program
Referral Bonus payments are made for recruitment of full-time or part-time employees. Part-time (minimum 48 hours per pay period).
Eligibility
All MRMC employees not responsible for hiring.
Name of referral source must be listed on the employment application.
An Employee Referral Form must be submitted to HR.
The first employee referring a candidate is the only employee eligible.
The referring employee must agree to have their name used.
The referred candidate must be employed by MRMC at the time payments are made.
Former employees must have been absent from MRMC 24 months to qualify.

Bonus Amounts
Referral of Full-Time Employees -- $500.00 following completion of referred employee's orientation. Final payment of $500.00 is made following referred employee's first year anniversary or completion of 2080 hours contingent upon referred employee's satisfactory performance appraisal and no disciplinary action, warnings or counseling.

Part-Time Employees -- $250.00 following completion of referred employee's orientation. Final payment of $250.00 is made following referred employee's first year anniversary contingent upon referred employee's satisfactory performance appraisal and no disciplinary action, warnings or counselings.

NCLEX Review and State Board Testing Reimbursement
Muskogee Regional Medical Center will reimburse employees for their NCLEX review and State Board Testing Fee once the employee has passed RN State Boards.
MRMC will only reimburse for one testing fee. Submit a copy of each receipt to the Human Resources Department for approval and reimbursement.

Nurse Extern Program at Muskogee Regional Medical Center
MRMC is pleased to announce an excellent opportunity for senior nursing students who want to participate in a work-study program. Nurse externs may obtain hands-on experience working with an RN preceptor on an assigned unit. Students may also rotate through other nursing departments to enhance their learning experience. The program is for 8 weeks beginning June 6 through July 29. Additional eight (8) week programs may be added throughout the year. Students are classified as temporary employees and are not eligible for benefits.

Eligibility
Senior student in good standing currently enrolled in an RN program.
Completed and passed fundamentals of nursing course and one patient care clinical rotation.
Minimum GPA of 2.0 in nursing course work.
