Paid Time Off (PTO)
• Full and part-time employees eligible for benefits
• Accrual starts upon employment, available for use after six months of employment
• Paid time off for vacations, personal use, holidays and the first 40 consecutive hours of personal illness or injury. All PTO carries over to the next year.
• Full-time employees may accrue up to 22 days (176 hours) during their first through fifth year of service. PTO increases incrementally each year to a maximum of 32 days (256 hours) per year.

Extended Illness Leave

• Accrual starts upon employment, available for use after six months of employment.
• Paid time off for personal illness or injury lasting more than 40 consecutive hours. Employee accrues 3.692 hours per pay period. Extended illness continues to accrue to a maximum of 600 hours.
